VP of Merchandising
SCOPE: $630M global performance apparel business
· Lead global merchandising strategy for a high-growth performance apparel brand, shaping multi-year product architecture, seasonal line plans, category strategies, and growth priorities across core and emerging businesses.
· Translate deep customer insight, healthcare professional needs, market trends, and functional product requirements into commercially scalable assortments that balance performance, comfort, durability, style, and brand relevance.
· Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, and Commercial teams to build cohesive product narratives, sharpen go-to-market execution, and ensure alignment from concept through launch.
· Drive lifecycle, pricing, and assortment strategies to improve margin, inventory productivity, replenishment efficiency, and long-term category health.
· Identify white space opportunities through customer, competitor, category, and market analysis, informing innovation pipelines, product storytelling, and future growth platforms.
· Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, consumer obsession, creativity, and executional excellence.
